Really good book!Nice to get to know Mr Palmers journey, life and golf. Just a pity the book ends rather abruptly and the writer did not touch on Mr Palmer's unique relationships with all the new golfersI really enjoyed this book. As Arnold was really a star before I was even born I wasn't around to see just what it was about him that made him such a legend. This book really filled in the story and made me understand that he was more than just a dominant golfer of his time, he was also a role model.I love golf and Arnold Palmer even thought I don't play. I come from a family of golfers, including an older brother who thinks a great deal of Arnold. I thoroughly enjoyed reading facts about him that I did not know! I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to know more about Arnold.I love and respect Arnold Palmer and was excited to read this book understanding what he meant to the game. He designed the golf course where I live and that made it even more special. If you love golf and want to see the impact Arnold Palmer made on the game, this is the book.I am a golfer and orginally from Pa. Arnold has always been a gentleman and a great representive of the sport and the state. I really enjoyed getting to know more about his career and accomplishments! What a wonderful book for the avid golfer!!Great read for any Arnie fan...personal and up-close including his shortfalls and painful defeats. The comparison & competition reviewed between Arnie & Jack was very enlightening.
